By combining lightweight components, advanced materials and cutting-edge sensors, DRO!D provides a practical and environmentally friendly solution to food waste, a pressing global issue highlighted by the United Nations Food Waste Index. Utilizing high vacuum technology, the equipment can reach professional vacuum levels of 50 mbar, eliminating up to 95% of the oxygen in the corresponding container in the course of 30 seconds, thereby significantly extending the shelf life of food while retaining nutritional properties, flavour, color and texture . The technology also significantly shortens marinating time by 81%, allowing flavors to penetrate into food tissues more effectively.

Weighing only 500 grams, the DRO!D rivals the performance of larger professional-grade machines, making it one of the most compact and powerful food vacuums on the market. The device’s design is inspired by aerospace technology, with a rocket-like shape that effectively wraps around its internal components.
